Group I (1,2 and 3) : photographs of rock art, paintings and engravings. First vestiges of humanity. Group II (4, 5 and 6): photographs on Mars captured by the Curiosity rover. The recent vestiges of humanity outside the planet Earth. In this series I pretend to explore the photographic appropriation of the graphical representation of the tonal distribution in a digital image, the pixel as a core element to create this landscapes, “pixelscapes”, from the beginnings of humankind, the past, and our present and future in Mars exploration. “Pixelscapes”, digital souls of our existence ,the light representation and reinterpretation over human traces in time and space. 2018

Nesta série, pretendo explorar a apropriação fotográfica da representação gráfica da distribuição tonal numa imagem digital, o pixel como elemento central para criar essas paisagens, “pixelscapes”, desde os primórdios da humanidade, do passado e do presente, e o futuro na exploração de Marte. “Pixelscapes”, almas digitais da nossa existência, a representação da luz e reinterpretação sobre os traços humanos no tempo e no espaço. 2018
